Main cruise terminals

• Langelinie Pier
  At the Cruise Information Center on Langelinie Pier you can find free tourist information, buy phone cards and gifts, book taxis and obtain assistance and advice for your stay. The Cruise Information Center is open whenever cruise vessels dock at the pier. Langelinie is also an outlet shopping center with small cafés.

• Freeport Terminal
  The Freeport Terminal facilities include restrooms, a waiting lounge with Internet access and a kiosk where you can purchase beverages, souvenirs and snacks.

Passenger services

• Cruise Lounge
  Please visit the dedicated Cruise Lounge in the city center, located on the fifth floor of Copenhagen's famous Magasin department store on elegant Kongens Nytorv square. Take a break and relax with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. Simply show your cruise ship ID or boarding card for access to the lounge.
