• 'The Seven Axles'
    An iron sculpture group in front of the cinema Palads is a work from 1987 by Robert Jacobsen.
  • Sculpture group
    The open square accross from Tivoli's main entrance forms the background for a very large work, presented in 1991 by the Danish artist Mogens Møller. I represents the nine planets in our solar system placed in correct  distance from the sun, i.e. the large circular bassin in the centre.
  • Metal sculpture
    Close to the Round Tower at Landemærket there is a fountain by Ander Tinsbo. I commemorates the 800-year anniversary of the Copenhagen in 1967.
  • Amaliehaven, Cees van RoudenAmaliehaven
    In 1983 the City of Copenhagen received a generous donation from the Maersk Foundation, Amaliehaven, a combined park-fountain-sculpture construction directly on the waterfront. The park designer was a Belgian: Jean Delogne, and the fountain was created by an Italian: Arnaldo Pomodoro.
  • 'The Raining House'
    At Skt.Hans Torv a large sculpture called "The Raining House" from 1993 was made by Jørgen Hauge Sørensen in collaboration with Sven-Ingvar Andersson from Sweden.
  • Four granite monuments
    Near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs a group consisting of four granite monuments, "The Cyclops/Needle's Eye", "The Long Journey"", "The Figurehead" and "Abstract Figure", were designed by Søren Georg Jensen and unveiled in 1982-83.
  • Fountain
    Søren George Jensen has also created the fountain in the middle of Gråbrødre Torv, a small square off Strøget, behind the Church of the Holy Ghost. It was unveiled in 1971.
  • Hyldemor
    At Kultorvet near Nørreport Station you can see a small group showing an old couple on a bench, quite touching and very popular. The artist is Hanne Warming who made it in 1990.
  • Skulpturer, Cees van RoedenTwelve white figures
    Twelve white figures on the waterfront in the Copenhagen harbour were made the year Copenhagen was Cultural Capital of Europe in 1996. The artists are refugee immigrants, and the group symbolizes life in exile. You see them if you join one of the Canal tours.
