Free services from Wonderful Copenhagen CVB 

Wonderful Copenhagen offer a number of free services if you want to hold your association's next congress in Copenhagen.

We do not organize the congress, but we provide the following services free of charge to help make your event a success:

• Information about convention facilities and hotel accommodation 
• Suggestions for sightseeing tours and social events
• Promotion material for marketing of the destination
• Tourist fact guides for delegates
• Facilitate contact with local organisers

We can give you an overview of the conditions for hosting and deadlines, plus help to create the official invitation material. And we can also organise a site-inspection visit for the association's decision makers.
