How to cancel your booking 

Should you wish to to cancel your reservation, please click here:

Where it says "Already a customer" enter the User-ID and password from your reservation and click on login.

This will retrieve your booking where after you can cancel.

Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms, you may cancel your booking for free up to 12.00 a.m. the day prior to arrival.
