M/S Frederikke
Frederiksværk north of Copenhagen offers maritime adventures. The charming old wooden vessel M/S Frederikke is the setting for a truly cosy cruise for the entire family. The sail begins at Arresødal and runs through the idyllic canal out on Denmark's biggest lake, the more than 40 square kilometre big Arresø, where you can enjoy the hilly landscape with the small village churches in the background from a different angle.

Cruising in city center
Take a cruise with DFDS Canal Tours or the Blue Netto Boats through Copenhagen's old canals and experience the city from the seaside. Go on a guided specialised tour or hop on and off as you please. You get real close to the water and get to rest your feet for a while. The kids love it. If you want to paddle yourselves you can rent a rowing boat at Christianshavns boat rental, or a rowing boat or water bike at the Lakes' boat rental by the Peblinge Lake.
