Tivoli

Georg Carstensen's old garden is hard to ignore when kids are involved. Take them on the new children's ride Nautilus, the Bumper Cars and the Vintage Cars. For the brave kids the Demon, the Golden Tower, the Star Flyer and the Roller Coaster are popular thrills. The good Tivoli atmosphere - with a little assistance from the Pantomime Theatre and the Tivoli Boys Guard - will never disappoint you. Tivoli is open from April to September, for Halloween in October and for Christmas.

Bakken

"Pierrot, Pierrot, come on out", the kids are shouting in front of the little green house. Throughout the summer season you can watch the traditional pantomime figure Pierrot (originating from the Italian Commedia dell'arte) working his magic and telling funny stories in front of his house in the world's oldest amusement park in Dyrehaven in Klampenborg, north of Copenhagen. Despite from Pierrot and the many rides, like the Mine Train Wolf, the Octopus, the Hullabaloo and the Ladybird, you can meet Bakken's Mr. Deer, Peter Hedgehog, Robert Fox and Earl Badger when they perform every day on the Open Air Stage. Take the kids to the forest, have a picnic and enjoy Danish folksiness at its very best.
